Validity of tickets and memberships

  • I was unable to use my ticket…

    As stated on our website, all unused tickets (also partner tickets) purchased until 15 July 2021 (inclusive) are automatically extended until 8 January 2023. 

    However, if it was not possible to schedule a second visit before 09/01/2023 and the tickets were purchased on our website, you can submit a refund request between 9 January 2023 and 9 April 2023 (subject to an administration fee of 3 euros per ticket).  

    It is not possible to request a refund for partner tickets.

  • I was unable to use my season pass…

    As stated on our website, season passes are automatically extended by the number of closing days. The Parking Pass is also extended by the number of closing days.

  • Extension of Aqualibi season passes due to the exceptional maintenance works.

    All season Passes with access to Aqualibi purchased before 19 May 2022 are extended by the number of days of closure due to the exceptional maintenance works between January 9, 2023 and February 26, 2023.
