Extension of season passes due to maintenance
As stated on our website, all unused tickets (also partner tickets) purchased until 15 July 2021 (inclusive) are automatically extended until 8 January 2023.
However, if it was not possible to schedule a second visit before 09/01/2023 and the tickets were purchased on our website, you can submit a refund request between 9 January 2023 and 9 April 2023 (subject to an administration fee of 3 euros per ticket) through our
online platform
.
It is not possible to request a refund for partner tickets.

Every year, Aqualibi closes its doors for +/- 3 weeks during the winter in order to maintain its facilities and further improve the comfort of its visitors.
This winter, the usual maintenance period was exceptionally extended due to the preparatory work required for the construction of the new slides. As a result of this exceptional closing, we decided to extend the validity of passes which were purchased before 19/05/2022 by approximately ten days – proportional to the number of days of exceptional closure.

Children are measured without shoes before being granted access to the attractions. If you are unsure of your child's height, you can go to the lifeguard station where your child will be measured. Your child will receive a wristband stating his/her height, which will be checked throughout the park.
