Lost and Found

  • I have lost/forgotten my season pass. What should I do?

    In case your pass is lost/stolen or in case you forgot it, you can get a duplicate for EUR 10 by presenting your ID card at the pass production office or at the Aqualibi reception desk.

    Have you lost something during your visit to Aqualibi? In order to help you further, we invite you to complete the form below.
    Form to be completed: *surname, *first name, *date of visit, *description of item, *place where item was lost, *e-mail address, *phone number, *GDPR notice
    We will only contact you  if an item matching your description has been found.
